Design & Engineering Services
We can provide design, engineering, management, and installation services from the design phase through to panel installation. By implementing state-of-the-art technologies and off-site fabrication we are able to support your project and reduce time on site.
Klover’s team of experienced AutoDesk Revit® designers are prepared to support your prefabrication needs through the Design Assist and/or Bid-Build processes. Our capabilities range from direct design to rolled manufactured stud. We strive to improve your project profitability and adhere to your schedule through diligent BIM coordination and clash detection. By modeling every stud, post, and header, we achieve a Level of Development (LOD) which can include 300, 350, and 400. The journey of your prefabricated components includes submittal, coordination, shop fabrication, and as-built drawings supplied if necessary.
Cold Formed Structural Engineering
Klover’s prefabrication and field carpentry operations rely on high-quality cold formed structural engineering. Our engineering team can assist you via Design Assist and/or Bid-Build. Our process includes submittal, coordination, member assembly, and attachment drawings. We offer Cold Formed Metal Stud (CFMS) member sizing with panel attachment for both curtain framing and load bearing walls.
Klover takes a team-driven approach to project management. We focus on effective budgeting, open communication, careful site coordination, identification of cost savings, and risk mitigation. The client representative assigned to your project focuses on coordinating and supervising crews through a combination of on-site meetings and conference calls. If your project is on the larger side, you can expect an on-site Klover superintendent/team leader.
Making sure your panels are safely and properly installed is mandatory for Klover. Installation will be completed by our own hanging crew for local projects and/or subcontracted out to trusted regional panel hanging teams. In either scenario, installation will be done quickly, efficiently, and with proper coordination with onsite trades and leadership. We can include crane rental or make use of an existing rig on site. Klover employs a coordinated two-team curtain wall hanging approach that includes a hang crew followed by detailed attachment crew. We typically install two floors of temporary bracing for load-bearing jobs (unless more floors of bracing are required), and can also provide field substrate (sheathing, rigid insulation, vapor barrier) in-fill, and opening wood blocking installation.
